Chad is the former CEO of Advantage Promotions Inc. and is currently the Owner of Chad Vanderstelt Homes Real Estate and Marketing LLC. He is also a business Coach and the founder of Nationwide Auto Locators Inc.

Judy has owned and operated her own beauty Salon and is currently the Managing Partner of Executive Beauty Suites, Holland, and Judy Ann's Suite Success. She also manages the daily operations of The 788 Columbia Building.

Together, Chad and Judy operate The 788 Columbia Building in Holland, Michigan. A building known as "Hollands Business Hub" is home to multiple businesses that are growing every day.

CHAD

Chad has been running his own business since he was 19 years old. His first business was The Box Office Video, a small chain of family video stores. He has owned Advantage Promotions Inc., Video Tech Inc., Nationwide Auto Locators Inc., Consumers Auto Mart Inc, and currently Chad Vanderstelt Homes Group Real Estate and Marketing LLC. Chad's expertise is in sales and marketing. 

JUDY

Judy is the former owner of Hoonhorst Family Hair Care and currently Judy Ann's Suite Success and is a managing partner in Executive Beauty Suites Holland.  Judy's expertise in Customer service, relationship building and mentorship in both businesses and Beauty Schools.

Our passion is to help young entrepreneurs build success. One of the things we realize now that we were missing was those strong business professionals who can mentor, motivate, and answer questions.  We would love to provide that .
